Judge Orders Amazon to Produce More Than 4M Documents in Alexa Lawsuit  

Amazon has been ordered by a federal judge to produce “millions of documents” as part of a potential class-action lawsuit involving the retail giant’s Alexa-enabled devices. So reports Bloomberg.

amazonPlaintiffs allege Amazon sold the devices using “unfair and deceptive advertising,” and violated Washington state law by improperly recording conversations. Amazon said the discovery request is too burdensome and not proportional to the requirements of the suit.
