Louisville Cop Shot By Breonna Taylor’s Boyfriend Sues Him

Louisville police Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly has filed a lawsuit against Kenneth Walker, alleging “assault, battery and emotional distress.” So reports NBC News.

police 850054 1920Mattingly was shot in the thigh by Walker during the raid on Taylor’s apartment that resulted in her death. The lawsuit claims Walker’s conduct was “outrageous, intolerable and offends all accepted standards of decency and morality.”
