Groups Challenge Trump EO Prohibiting 'Anti-American' Diversity Training

Civil rights groups are challenging President Donald Trump’s order prohibiting federal agencies and others from offering diversity training programs he deems “anti-American.” So reports the Associated Press.

trump 1822121 640 smallThe NAACP Legal Defense Fund, National Fair Housing Alliance and National Urban League filed the lawsuit in a Washington, D.C. federal court. The lawsuit argues the president’s executive order violates free speech and “strangles workplace attempts to address systemic race and sex discrimination.”
