Washington Power Lawyer Plato Cacheris Dead at 90

Washington lawyer Plato Cacheris, who was involved with headline-grabbing cases ranging from Watergate to President Bill Clinton's sexual activities, has died. So reports The New York Times.

Cacheris died from pneumonia-related complications at a rehabilitation center in Alexandria, Va., at the age of 90, said his daughter, Lisa Burnett. Among his clients were convicted spies Robert Philip Hanssen and Aldrich Ames, whistleblower Edward J. Snowden and Monica Lewinsky.
