The parents of three survivors of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas have filed a federal lawsuit against the district, former officials and the manufacturer of the gun used in the shooting. So reports Reuters.
The lawsuit appears to be the first of its kind related to the massacre that killed 19 students and two teachers. The complaint, which alleges negligence and “intentional infliction of emotional distress,” seeks an unspecified amount of damages.
