Tulsi Gabbard’s $50M First Amendment Suit Against Google Tossed

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s lawsuit accusing Google of violating her First Amendment rights was thrown out by California’s Central District Court. So reports CNBC.

google 76517 640smallGabbard claimed the company wronged her after it briefly suspended her presidential campaign’s advertising account after the first televised debate. A Google representative said the account was flagged for “unusual activity” and corrected the suspension shortly after it was flagged. Gabbard was seeking $50 million in damages.
