The Atlanta law firm Morris Hardwick Schneider has filed a suit accusing one of its former partners, Nathan E. Hardwick IV, of diverting more than $30 million. So reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Hardwick allegedly misappropriated the funds from escrow and other accounts held by the firm and a related title company. A title insurance firm will step in to become the title company’s 70% owner.
