Chobani Yogurt Label Dupes Consumers: Lawsuit

A class action lawsuit seeking unspecified monetary damages claims there’s nothing Greek about Chobani Greek Yogurt, which is manufactured in upstate New York and Idaho. So reports the New York Daily News.

The suit further claims the product contains as much sugar as a Nestle Fudge ice cream bar and that its packaging confuses consumers by prominently displaying a “0%” on the label “without providing any context as to what the 0% represents.”
