'Dead Woman' Sues Credit Agency Equifax

A St. Louis woman who has been blocked from refinancing her mortgage and has been refused a credit card because the credit reporting company Equifax has her listed as “deceased” earlier this month filed suit against Equifax. So the St. Louis Dispatch reports.

An Oregon woman reportedly won $18.6 million last summer in a federal lawsuit against Equifax.
