Juror Flips Off Defendant

A female juror "gave the finger" to one of three defendants in a case she was assigned. It happened outside the courthouse following a scuffle over a taxicab. So reports The New York Times.

Now, the federal judge presiding over the trial of three men accused in a New York City payroll system kickback scandal must decide whether or not to dismiss the juror, a partner at a prestigious New York law firm. The woman, who told the judge she didn't know who she argued with over the cab, said she would be an impartial but "very tired juror" since she'd have to go to work every night after the trial.
