Apple May Face Legal Action Over Watch’s Accuracy for Dark-skinned Users  

A proposed class-action lawsuit has taken aim at Apple Watch’s blood oxygen sensor, which experts said have shown to be racially biased. So reports ABC News.

Apple2Problems with the censor’s accuracy have been linked to those with darker skin tones prompting the potential legal action. The proposed lawsuit also alleges unjust enrichment, fraud and violations to the New York General Business Law and State Consumer Fraud Acts.
