Texas State Bar Suing AG Paxton Over 2020 Election Claims  

The Texas State Bar is seeking disciplinary action against Attorney General Ken Paxton after claiming the state’s top lawyer made “dishonest” claims regarding the 2020 presidential election. So reports Reuters.

ballot 1294935 640 smallTo that end, the Bar has filed a lawsuit in a Dallas state court seeking an “appropriate sanction,” which could include disbarment or suspension. The Supreme Court recently rejected a lawsuit filed by Paxton seeking to overturn voting results in several states.
