He was arrested alongside fellow lawyer Urooj Rahman after Rahman reportedly hurled a Molotov cocktail at an unoccupied police cruiser while Mattis drove. The duo is charged with “causing damage by fire and explosives to a police vehicle” and face up to 20 years in prison.
