Texas ChickLawsuit to Move Forward After Judge Tosses Motion to Dismiss

The case against the City of San Antonio, which is being sued for banning a Chick-fil-A from its airport, will move forward. So reports an News4SA.

Initially, the city voted to remove the popular fast food chain after it donated $1.8 million to groups “that discriminate against the LGBTQ community,” according to the article. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said the decision to ban Chick-Fil-A was "ridiculous" and "not Texas."
