Woman Heads to Court After Young Son Pees in Gas Station Lot

Brooke Johns of Georgia is fighting a disorderly conduct citation after her son urinated in a gas station parking lot. So reports WHEC.

Johns, pregnant nearly to term, said she did not want to lift the boy who was having a “potty emergency” and instead allowed him to relieve himself in the lot. Her attorney asked for a bench trial and she has pleaded not guilty.
