A settlement was reached after California-based Pabst Blue Ribbon sued competitor MillerCoors for allegedly trying to drive it underground amid weak sales of its own products. So reports Fortune.

The case stems from a dispute regarding MillerCoors' willingness to continue to make and ship PBR, which MillerCoors said it no longer has the capacity to do amid facility shortcomings and inadequate compensation from Pabst. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
