Winklevoss Twins File Suit to Recover Allegedly Stolen Bitcoins

Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss have accused Bitcoin Foundation founder Charlie Shrem of stealing what now amounts to $31.7 million worth of the digital currency. So reports Cointelegraph.

The recently unsealed lawsuit alleges Shrem, who just completed an unrelated one-year prison term, improperly took 5000 bitcoins in 2012 and has since likely used them to acquire expensive cars and boats.

Shrem's lawyer denies the accusations. This is not the first dispute the trio has had.
