Ohio Lawyer Benched for Sleeping with Client

The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously suspended attorney Trent R. Turner for having sex with a client and mishandling her cases. So reports the Columbus Dispatch.

Turner was suspended for two years for violating ethics standards. Lawyers are prohibited from sexual relationships with clients unless the relationship predates the representation.
