Woman Sues Employer After Getting Fired for Giving Trump the Finger

Juli Briskman, who was fired from her job after giving President Donald Trump's motorcade "the bird," is suing her ex-employer for violating the state's employment law. So reports the Associated Press.

The Virginia lawsuit was brought against Akima LLC after Briskman claims she was forced to resign for violating the company's social media policy as a picture of her making the gesture was posted to her Facebook page. Her face was not visible and she did not mention her employer in the post.
