Juror Faints Watching Video in Attorney-Client Sex Case

As Mark Benavides, a former San Antonio attorney, faces trafficking charges and stands accused of exchanging sex for legal representation, a juror watching a video of Benavides having sex fainted. So reports MySanAntonio.

Jurors in the case reportedly looked so uneasy during the proceedings that District Judge Dick Alcala sent them on break. As they were leaving the courtroom, one fainted. She was excused and replaced.

Benavides was arrested in 2015 for compelling prostitution with at least nine clients and could face up to 99 years, or life in prison.
