'Tinder Swindler' Files Suit Claiming Prison Assault

Brandon Kiehm, serving prison time for using the dating app Tinder to con women into giving him $50,000 for phony cancer treatments, filed two lawsuits alleging he was assaulted in prison. So reports The New York Daily News.

The lawsuits were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. His attorney, Matthew Waller, said Kiehm has suffered seizures since the attacks, which allegedly took place on Dec. 30, 2016 and Feb. 24, 2017 at the Manhattan Detention Center.
