Ex-ICE Counsel Stole Immigrants' Identities, Committed Fraud: Report

Raphael Sanchez, former chief counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Seattle, is facing charges of aggravated wire fraud and identity theft. So reports Fox News.

Sanchez, who resigned amid the allegations, allegedly stole the identities of immigrants and is due in federal court in Seattle. Sanchez stole the identities of immigrants at “various stages of immigration proceedings” in order to rip off credit card companies.
