Johnny Depp, Ex-Managers Sue Each Other Amid Actor's $2M Monthly Spending

Johnny Depp and his former business managers are suing each other, each claiming the other was the impetus for the movie star’s financial troubles. So reports NBC News.

Depp sued The Management Group (TMG) alleging they mismanaged his money and they countered, claiming his lifestyle--reportedly spending more than $2 million a month--was the reason. “The lawsuit said Depp spent $3 million to blast Hunter S. Thompson's ashes out of a cannon, $18 million on a 150-foot yacht, $4 million on a failed record label and $30,000 a month on wine,” the story reads.

TMG alleges Depp owes the company $4.2 million and the company has filed for foreclosure proceedings on his home. Depp said TMG mismanaged his finances, took out loans without permission, and misled him about the state of his finances.
