Fox Calls Out Charter Communications for Applying Outdated Carriage Fees

Fox News is suing Charter Communications, representing the second notable suit by a channel since Charter bought Time Warner Cable. Fox is suing for breach of contract and fraud. So reports Politco.

Fox alleges that Charter is “illegally seeking to apply” the old carriage rate for Fox News and Fox Business Network set by Time Warner Cable. Fox alleges Charter is using an outdated agreement rather than a newer, 2014, deal. Univision also brought a similar suit against Charter earlier this month.
