Former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel, who is reportedly hoping to play again in the near future, was served with legal papers after partying at Los Angeles hotspot The Nice Guy. So reports The New York Post.

It is unclear what the nature of the papers were, but the article notes Manziel is embroiled in a number of incidents, including one related to damages to a $4.5 million rental home supposedly trashed by the former college star and his “posse” earlier this year and another related to a car accident last month. Manziel told a TMZ reporter the matter will be resolved and continued to party at the Hollywood lounge Warwick.
