Law Students May Look to ED Rules to Recoup Loan Debt: Expert

New rules from the Education Department codified a “defense to repayment” provision into federal law that will allow students who have been "defrauded" to have their loan debt absolved. This could mean an influx of law school graduates looking for a remedy to their crushing debt. So reports Buzzfeed.
