Child Killer Facing Execution Wants to Donate Organs

Last week, just days in advance of his scheduled execution for the rape and murder of a 3-year-old girl, 40-year-old Ronald Phillips had his lawyers pen a letter to the state of Ohio requesting that he be allowed to donate his heart and kidneys to his mom and sister.
