Ex-Citi Bigwig Accuses Underling Who Got Him Fired of Slander

A former Citigroup executive is accusing a woman who worked as his subordinate at the bank of causing him to lose his $2.4 million-a-year position by falsely telling human resources that he stalked and tried to sleep with her. So reports The New York Post.

In an arbitration claim, the executive, David James Murphy, 45, accuses 25-year-old Tila Azeem of slander. Murphy says he never had a sexual relationship with Azeem and that she actually foisted details of her sex life on him.
