Law Schools Make Concessions in Face of Declining Applications

Facing decreasing enrollment, middle-tier law schools—including the ones at Penn State and the University of Arizona—have reduced their tuitions. So reports The New York Times’ Dealbook.

Law firms that cut positions during the recession have not restored them, and law school enrollment has been tumbling as a result. To stay competitive, middle-tier law schools have slashed tuition by as much as 18%.
