Goodfellas Actor Sues Simpsons Creators, Claiming Mob Characted Based on Him

Frank Sivero, the actor who portrayed Frankie Carbone in the 1990 film “Goodfellas,” has filed a lawsuit against the creators of “The Simpsons” for allegedly appropriating the Carbone character. So reports CNBC.

Sivero claims the cartoon series’ creators based Springfield Mafia member “Louie” on Carbone. He’s asking the court for a share of the profits from “The Simpsons,” which has earned more than $12 billion.
