NY May Adopt Uniform Bar Exam

New York judges are considering replacing the Empire State’s bar exam with the Uniform Bar Exam—a standardized test that 14 states currently use. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

The change, which could come as early as July 2015, would allow lawyers who pass the exam to transfer to participating jurisdictions without having to take another grueling test.
