Sisters caught on camera trying to pilfer beach equipment are suing Fox News for airing the footage along with commentators’ statements that they were caught “red-handed.” So reports New York’s Daily News.


The women contend they honestly mistook the paraphernalia as their own despite the videographer telling them, on camera, that the boogie boards and tent poles do not belong to them. One of the women even appears to assult the theft victim.
