Man Who Drugged, Raped Wife Repeatedly Gets House Arrest

Many victims’ rights advocates are troubled by the house arrest sentence that an Indiana judge handed down to a man convicted of drugging his wife and raping her while she was unconscious during a three year period. So reports the LA Times.

During sentencing, the judge also told the victim, who’d divorced the convict because of his actions, that she should forgive her attacker.
