Mom May Exclude Dad From Delivery Room: NJ Court

Deciding a case between estranged, unmarried parents, a New Jersey Superior Court judge has held that a mother may exclude her baby’s father from the delivery room when she is in labor. So reports the South Jersey Times.

The judge held that the decision is based on a woman’s right to privacy.
