Man Hit by Train Faces Trespassing Charges

A 25-year-old man sustained only minor injuries as a result of being hit by a train in Topeka, Kansas, last week. The man didn't hear the train's warning horn because he was wearing headphones. So reports the Daily Mail reports.

The man made a call on his cell phone and was picked up in a car, which took him to the hospital, where he spent the night. Police have confirmed that they plan to charge the man with trespass because it is illegal to walk on railroad tracks without permission.
