Led by Chief Justice John Roberts, today’s Supreme Court is more business-friendly than any court since at least World War II, the New York Times reports.

 

Among the most impactful of the court’s pro-business decisions have been the ones related to class actions, which are often a lawyer’s only means of obtaining compensation for small harms caused to many people.
