Lawyer Sues Airbnb After He's Hit with Rock While Sleeping in NYC Park

Joseph Rakofsky, a new Jersey lawyer who claims he was forced to sleep on a park bench in Manhattan after an Airbnb booking dispute, is suing the rental company. So reports The New York Post.

Rakofsky said while on the bench, someone hit him in the head with a rock. He was supposed to stay in a SoHo apartment for 12 days, but the host was unresponsive after an alleged dispute over the price of the arrangement. He is seeking unspecified damages.
