Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Assault with Lysol Can at Louisville Hall of Justice

An apparent altercation in the Louisville Hall of Justice conference room led to a guilty plea to fourth-degree assault from attorney Lindsey Scott, who allegedly hit colleague James "J.R." Moore in the head with a can of Lysol. So reports The Courier-Journal.

Initially, Scott pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree assault, but after it was amended to a fourth-degree charge, reversed course. He was discharged conditionally.
