The family of Jakiel Allyson Jones, 27, who was killed in a car crash, is suing the Stevens Brothers Funeral Home after claiming an employee of the funeral home shared a photo of the girl’s “disfigured” body on Facebook. So reports Yahoo Lifestyle.

The family is asking for the cost of the funeral to be refunded, but no additional money. Funeral home President Tony Mack II said, if true, the employee in question could be fired or subject to legal consequences, but he has yet to verify the facts of the alleged incident.
