New 'Personhood Law' At Heart of Teen’s Abortion Suit

Ryan Magers, a 19-year-old from Alabama, is suing the Alabama Women's Center for Reproductive Alternatives in Huntsville after it performed an abortion on his girlfriend. So reports the Fox News.

Magers is suing on behalf of the aborted fetus, known as “Baby Roe,” as Alabama recognizes the “personhood” of the unborn. Magers said he urged his girlfriend, who was six weeks pregnant, not to terminate the pregnancy. The clinic has until April 1 to issue a response to the lawsuit.
