The company added new features, which will be binding over the next three years, should a judge approve the arrangement. The deal will compel Niantic to address claims within 15 days and remove stops located within 40 meters of a given property.
The company will also maintain a database to prevent stops from showing up nearby. Damages could also include up to $1,000 per plaintiff, although no specific amount has been agreed upon.
