Prosecutor Calls for Aaron Hernandez Conviction to Be Reinstated

Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III said the legal precedent that called for former NFL star Aaron Hernandez's murder conviction to be tossed "makes no sense." So reports The New York Daily News.

Hernandez committed suicide in prison before his latest appeal was heard. Quinn is calling for changes to the relevant legal doctrine.
