Music star Kesha’s legal team responded to a reported revelation that former collaborator Dr. Luke allegedly assaulted Katy Perry, and an unnamed CEO of a “major” record label told Kesha and recording artist Lady Gaga about the alleged assault. So reports Variety.

The claim came to light after legal documents surfaced in Dr. Luke’s defamation suit against Kesha. Dr. Luke denies all allegations. Dr. Luke’s legal team claims Perry “unequivocally” denies being raped, as well.
