Trump Supporter Ejected from Bar Loses Anti-discrimination Suit

Greg Piatek, an accountant from Philadelphia, lost an anti-discrimination lawsuit after he was thrown out of a New York City bar for wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat. So reports The New York Post.

According to the judge, the law does not protect against political discrimination. Piatek claimed the ordeal “offended his sense of being American.”

Piatek’s attorney unsuccessfully argued the hat represented Piatek’s spiritual beliefs as he wore it in tribute to the dead while visiting the 9/11 Memorial. He is considering an appeal.
