Twisted Heel Nets Connecticut Woman $120K

Rosanna Tobin of Connecticut is set to receive a $120,000 settlement after she broke her ankle from a busted high heel. So reports the Stamford Advocate.

Tobin filed a civil lawsuit in 2016, three years later after one of the six-inch heels on her Shara shoes twisted. Tobin bought the shoes on shoedazzle.com before going out on her 21st birthday.

She had $97,000 in medical expenses covered by insurance and not included in the lawsuit.
