'Making a Murderer' Subject Avery Denied New Trial

Steven Avery, who was featured on the Netflix series “Making A Murderer,” was again denied a new trial. So reports the Associated Press.

Avery, of Wisconsin, was convicted of first-degree intentional homicide and asked, to no avail, Sheboygan County Circuit Judge Angela Sutkiewicz to reconsider her October denial of his request. Avery is also seeking an appeal with the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the story reads. Read the full story from ABC News 10
