Lawsuit Claims Workers Threatened Execs. with Rape for Not Using Union Labor

Executives at the building firm Tradeoff filed a lawsuit in Long Island claiming members of Laborers Local 79 threated them with rape, formed an angry mob where two of them were eating out and attempted to ruin a manager’s wedding. So reports The New York Post.

According to information in the lawsuit, the union members targeted the Tradeoff officials for hiring nonunion employees. One activist allegedly threatened a Tradeoff supervisor saying “ … I would just kiss my kids goodbye” for going against the “wrong team.”

A union spokesman said they will defend the First Amendment rights of the union and its members.
