Orthodox Jewish Woman Wins Right to Work Out in Skirt

Yosefa Jalal Wood-Isenberg, an Orthodox Jewish woman, will be permitted to work out in a skirt after being denied access to two women’s gyms. So reports the Jewish Telegraph Agency.

She sued the Lucille Roberts health clubs in 2015 after being banned from two of its franchises for wearing a “knee-length, fitted skirt” according to her religious lifestyle. She was reinstated and paid an undisclosed sum.
