Richard Henry Patterson of Florida was acquitted of second-degree murder after his girlfriend Francisca Marquinez choked to death on his penis during oral sex. So reports The New York Daily News.

Broward County medical examiner Dr. Ronald Wright testified Marquinez may have died from "asphyxiation.” The defense argued the cause of death was undetermined, though, while prosecutors questioned why Patterson did not call 911 after Marquinez died.

Prior to the trial, the defense filed a motion seeking to allow the jury to see Patterson’s penis “to prove the ‘rough sex’ argument,” but the motion was denied.
