Ex-Kicker, Bucs Reach MRSA Settlement

Former NFL kicker Lawrence Tynes and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers reached an undisclosed settlement after Tynes sued the team for allegedly keeping unsanitary facilities contributing to his contracting MRSA. So reports Bleacher Report.

Tynes initially sued the Bucs for $20 million. Reports have also circulated that trainer Todd Toriscelli initially developed MRSA after complications from knee surgeries and may have been the source of Tynes infection after sharing therapy devices and equipment.
